Mom’s Chicken Pot Pie
2 small potatoes diced
¾ cup green peas
½ cup pearl onions
1 can cream soup (cream of chicken, celery) Low Sodium/Healthy Request
½ cup milk
1 pie crust (Pillsbury or store brand)
Pour into casserole dish. Top with pie crust. Put slits in the pie crust.
You can brush pie crust with egg wash for golden browning.
